Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation made 15 days or more before check-in:
✅ 90% refund of the booking amount. - Cancellation made 7–14 days before check-in:
✅ 50% refund of the booking amount. - Cancellation made within 7 days of check-in:
❌ No refund applicable. - No-show or early departure:
❌ No refund will be provided.
Retreat & Wellness Packages
For special retreat bookings, wellness programs, group bookings, and customized packages:
- Advance payments are generally non-refundable due to prior arrangements and reservations.
- In certain cases, bookings may be adjusted to future available dates subject to approval.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be transferred through the original payment method or bank transfer.
Date Modification
- One-time date modification may be allowed subject to room availability and prior notice.
- Price differences may apply during peak dates and holidays.
Force Majeure
Trimounts shall not be responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by:
- Natural calamities
- Road closures
- Weather conditions
- Government restrictions
- Landslides or unforeseen travel disruptions
In such situations, management may offer date adjustments depending on availability.
